Privacy Policy

Definitions:

  1. Online Store – WENZELBRICKS online store run at website domain www.wenzelbricks.com by the company CEKOBUD Wacław Piętal, Wojciech Piętal s.c. located in Słodków Pierwszy 173, 23-206 Stróża,
  2. Web Portal – the Vendor’s website presenting content published, including information about the Vendor, their commercial offer, completed projects and assistance services offered with fabricated products,
  3. Vendor – the owner of the Online Store,
  4. Buyer – an adult natural person, a legal person or another body without legal personality, with full ability to undertake legal acts, living or operating on the territory of Poland, concluding an agreement for the sale of the products offered by the Vendor, complying with all terms and conditions of the Regulations, 
  5. Web Portal User – a natural person who uses the Vendor’s website, including using the contact form to contact the Vendor,
  6. Personal Data – all information that can be used to identify a natural person, subject to protection under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, pp. 1–88),
  7. General Regulation on Personal Data protection of April the 27th 2016 – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, pp. 1–88)
  8. Administrator – the Vendor as a subject who decides about means and ends of processing Personal Data of Web Portal Users and Online Store clients,
  9. The Online Store Regulations – the set of obligatory conditions to meet when placing orders and making purchases of products offered in the Online Store, as well as regulations in regard to powers of the Client whilst placing orders.

Personal Data

Regulations regarding collecting Personal Data by the Web Portal and the Online Store:

  1. Personal Data on Web Portal visitors is collected by the Vendor only in case when the visitors use the contact form and therefore willingly share the data by filling the form in or making inquiry of other sort,
  2. Any other form of using the Web Portal does not require sharing Personal Data,
  3. In case of using the Online Store by the Buyers, the Personal Data is willingly shared while placing orders,
  4. Setting an account in the Online Store is also voluntary, this option is available for the Buyers to make future shopping more convenient for them,
  5. Any other form of using the Online Store does not require sharing Personal Data,
  6. Lack of consent to share Personal Data by the Web Portal User or by the Buyer may result in inability to send inquiries and other content by filling in the contact form, or inability to place orders in the Online Store,
  7. Collected is only the Personal Data necessary to achieve the objectives it is collected for,
  8. In processing Personal Data, the Administrator in individual cases does not use automated decision-making, like profiling.

Types of Personal Data that are subject to processing:

  1. First and Last name,
  2. Shipping address,
  3. E-mail address,
  4. Phone number (optional).

The objective of Personal Data processing

The Privacy Policy applied by the Web Portal and the Online Store states the terms of collecting and processing the Personal Data shared by Web Portal Users and Buyers, the objectives of the Personal Data use, as well as objectives, types and scope of application of cookie files.

The owner of the Web Portal and the Online Store takes the utmost care to protect the Web Portal Users’ and Buyers’ Personal Data according to all legal standards and requirements, as well as to make using the Web Portal and the Online Store safe.

The Personal Data Administrator is CEKOBUD Wacław Piętal, Wojciech Piętal s.c. located in Słodków Pierwszy 173, 23-206 Stróża.

The Administrator fulfills the process of collecting and processing Personal Data according to the General Regulation on Personal Data protection of April the 27th 2016.

The Personal Data is collected and processed by the Administrator only for the following objectives:

  1. Processing inquiries to the owner of Web Portal made by the Web Portal Users through the electronic form on the Portal, in accordance with General Regulation on Personal Data protection of April the 27th 2016,
  2. Insuring services providing, in accordance with the Online Store Regulations,

including:

  1. selling products offered in the Online Store by its owner (managing orders and executing sales agreements),
  2. managing the Buyers’ rights for cancelling orders, withdrawals from agreements and complaints about products and services bought.

And also for:

  1. insuring proper functioning of the Online Store,
  2.  the correct executing of the Online Store functions,
  3. creating inside analysis and reports.

Every natural person who’s Personal Data is collected and processed by the Administrator, according to the articles 13-20 of RODO Regulation, has the following rights:

  • right to all information on objective, basis and scope of collecting Personal Data and terms and conditions of its processing,
  • right to access their Personal Data,
  • right to correct their Personal Data,
  • right to remove their Personal Data,
  • right to demand limitation in their Personal Data processing,
  • right to transfer their Personal Data.

At all times, a person who agreed to processing their Personal Data is allowed to execute their aforementioned rights. In that case, they need to reach out to the Administrator, precisely stating their request. The Administrator allows the person whose Personal Data is concerned to use their rights in the form that the person requests or other form they agree to, within a one-month period, or in the maximum period of three months in complicated cases.

Cookie files

  1. The Web Portal and the Online Store only collect the information contained in the cookie files,
  2. Cookie files are small text files stored in the end device of an Internet user. They make using the web more efficient. Cookie files used by the Web portal and the Online Store do not collect any personal data, they contain the name of the website they come from, their unique number and the time period they have been store in the end device of an Internet user,
  3. The Web Portal and the Online Store use cookie files for the following objectives:
    • matching the website to the end user’s preferences, especially to the end device, what enables matching the website display to the end user’s needs,
    • making statistics that help identify the end user’s preferences and behaviors (the statistics analysis is anonymous and enables matching the website content and looks to the current tends; the statistics are also used to score the website’s popularity),
    • insuring the website’s safety and reliability,
  4. The Portal may use the two essential kinds of cookie files: session and persistent. The session files are temporary and are stored until the user leaves the website (goes on to another page or switches off the browser). The persistent cookie files are stored in the end device of the user until the end user removes them or as long as their settings permit,
  5. The users are able to control how the cookie files are treated through dedicated settings of a program installed on their end device or by changing configurations for the cookie files service at their end Internet device,
  6. The Owner of the Web portal and the Online Store informs that the cookie files are not harmful to the User’s end device or to any content that is stored in that device. Cookie files do not pose danger of infected the User’s end device with harmful or unwanted software,
  7. The Owner of the Web portal and the Online Store informs that changes in the cookie files settings in the User’s end device can have impact on their access to some functionalities of the sites of the Web Portal and the Online Store,
  8. Information on the browsers’ settings are available in their menus (help) or on their producers’ websites.

The Owner of the Web Portal and the Online Store declares to make sure to provide all the Users with the highest levels of safety while they are using their websites.

All incidents concerning the Web Portal use safety must be reported to the Owner at cegielnia@cekobud.pl.

The Owner of the Web Portal and the Online Store reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy and replacing it with a new one.
